Pinata is a sealed container made of laminated paper, decorated with brightly coloured paper and various fringes. The shape can be almost any shape. It is filled with various gifts or sweets.
It hangs on a long rope, which is pulled so that it is constantly moving. At various parties, blindfolded children then beat the pinatas with long sticks so that when they break them, various sweets or toys fall out. It is used especially in the culture of Mexico, the USA and Latin America in general.
