Each dessert should be placed on a tray. You can make cardboard trays, but it may be quicker to use a ready-made, sturdy one made of five-layer cardboard covered with gold foil. The foil ensures that the tray does not get dirty and due to the solidity of the design, the tray can be used repeatedly (provided that you do not break the surface by cutting).
