Product description

Flambé gun - highly efficient and effective torch. It is an ideal and practical addition to any kitchen, it also has versatile use in the workshop and elsewhere in the home. In addition to quick flambéing, it will help you create a crispy, grill-like crust on meat - the grilled ribs and chicken served will have the ideal colour and taste. You can also use the gun to easily remove feathers or bristles from prepared poultry, pork knuckles, etc. Use it for browning and gratinating cheese, roasting vegetables, peeling the skin off tomatoes and peppers. Flambing Gun is excellent for easy and quick flambéing of confectionery products, caramelizing sugar, gratinating cheese, roasting vegetables, preparing crispy crust steaks, etc. It is made of premium durable plastic and quality metal. It allows easy adjustment of flame length and intensity, and is filled with regular lighter gas.

Instructions for use

Before the first and each subsequent filling, turn the integrated knob fully to the right to close the inlet.

Insert the refill container of regular lighter gas (butane) into the filling hole at the bottom of the gun and fill the gun with one squeeze of the gun for a few seconds.

NOTICE: Do not overfill the flame gun!

After each filling, wait a few minutes for the gas temperature in the gun to stabilize. Before filling the flamming gun, first shake the flamming gas container. Use only good quality gas (butane) designed for filling lighters. Filling the gun from containers other than those designed for filling lighters can be dangerous!

Use

FLAME START - turn the integrated control knob to the left to release the gas and press the metal button to ignite the flame. By turning the integrated knob, you control the strength of the flame for flambéing. A longer flame does not have a higher temperature, but means higher gas consumption.

FLAMBING Bring the flame of the flambé gun slowly towards the food, move the gun sideways, do not leave the flame in the same place for longer. Regulate the intensity of the flamming by the distance of the flame tip from the food.

CLOSE FLAME - Turn the integrated control knob fully to the right to close the gas supply.
