Thanks to the tiny cubes stamped on the mat, you can create house roofs and other effects for coating and modelling. You can further colour these with liquid and gel colours. Use powder paints to create shadow or glossy effects. Roll out the masses on a mat sprinkled with icing sugar and press the textured foil onto the surface of the masses. You can help yourself with a roller. You can use the square shapes to make chocolate decorations. Pour the chocolate over the mat, spread evenly and leave to harden. Carefully remove the chocolate and use a sharp-edged cookie cutter or knife to cut out the desired shapes. You will find it easier to work with heated blades. The chocolate decorations can be sprayed with, for example, bronze spray, which will give the decorations a luxurious look.
The structured foil which creates a plastic decorative surface is suitable not only for making pralines, but also for patterning almond dough and coatings.
