A big-size bubble mat is ideal for decorating big rolled-out sheets intended for covering festive cakes. Thanks to the silicone material the mat is easily peeled off the covering pastes. To create a bubble effect, place the mat on the rolled-out sheet and lightly roll over it with a rolling pin. Transfer the sheet onto a cake and smooth with a smoother/polisher. The bubble mat can be used even for making fine decorative parts on smooth paste-covered cakes, for example ribbons and bows.
