Did the product not meet your expectations? Did you order too much, or does the colour not quite work? No problem. With our Free Returns Guarantee programme you can return your order within the standard 14-day period from the moment you received it, completely free of charge – whether you are withdrawing from the contract entirely, returning just part of your order, or making a complaint.
Carefully pack the parcel together with the completed form so that the goods are not damaged in transit, then email us at eshop@dometa.cz or call us on working days between 8 am and 4 pm at 555 222 029.
We will email you a prepaid return label for Packeta. Stick the label on the parcel and drop it off at your nearest Packeta pick-up point. Simply hand over the labelled parcel and we will transport it to our central warehouse at our expense.
Once the goods are delivered (usually within a week), we will send you replacement goods or a refund to the bank account stated on the form you submitted.
