Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from purchases made online and from purchases made outside a brick-and-mortar store (e.g. goods purchased from a door-to-door salesperson, by telephone, or sent by post). This cooling-off period ends 14 days from the day you received the goods. If the end of the period falls on a public holiday, the period is automatically extended to the next working day.

Within this period you may cancel your order without giving any reason – including simply changing your mind.

To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. You may do so, for example, by enclosing a written statement with the goods you are returning by post, or by fax or email. Simply returning the goods is not sufficient. The easiest way is to use the form below.

The e-shop will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that you have sent them. The cost of returning the goods to the seller is borne by you.

How to withdraw from the contract:

  1. Download and print the withdrawal form.
  2. Pack it together with the goods in a way that prevents damage during transport.
  3. Agree with the e-shop team on the method of return by calling 603 33 77 55 or 603 48 78 48, or by emailing eshop@dometa.cz. We are happy to send you a prepaid return label at our expense – in practice this means we email you a label, you print it out and drop the parcel at your nearest Packeta branch (our partner network), and the goods will then be transported to us at our cost. If you choose a different return method, the cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
  4. Once the goods are delivered (usually within a week), we will transfer the refund to the bank account stated on the form below.

Please print, complete, and enclose the following form in your parcel when withdrawing from the contract, then drop it at your nearest Zásilkovna branch (after we send you the prepaid return label) or send it to:
