Are the cleaning tablets suitable for my coffee machine?

The WoldoClean cleaning tablets are compatible with machines from all manufacturers, such as Jura, Seaco, Siemens, Delonghi, Nivona, Miele, Philips and many more.

Is there a manual or how can I use the cleaning tablets on my machine?

We always recommend using your manufacturer's manual for this. If you do not find any information, insert the cleaning tablet into the ground coffee hopper of the fully automatic machine and start the cleaning process. If you do not have a tablet tray, dissolve the tablet in 250 ml of warm water. Then allow the fully automatic machine to pass the cleaning liquid through.

The tablet is not dissolving fast enough, what should I do?

This is normal, the cleaning process usually takes between 20 and 30 minutes for fully automatic machines, during which time the tablet should dissolve slowly so that the liquid is constantly flowing through the machine.

How often do I need to clean my Jura coffee machine?

Jura machines require fully automatic cleaning after approximately 200-250 brewed coffees or approximately 80 active rinses. The maintenance interval therefore depends on your usage.

Can I use it to clean Siemens EQ 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 coffee machines?

Our cleaning tablets are compatible with Siemens EQ series fully automatic machines. Cleaning processes can be carried out easily. Thanks to the Calc'nClean function, the machine automatically indicates cleaning.

What ingredients do WoldoClean cleaning tablets have?

30% or more phosphates, 30% or more oxygen-based bleach, less than 5% non-ionic surfactants, less than 5% phosphonates.

Are scaling tablets suitable for descaling?

Descaling is different from cleaning. During descaling, limescale is removed from the hot water pipes. During cleaning with cleaning tablets, coffee grounds, coffee oils and other contaminants are removed from the brewing unit.

How can I use the tablets?

Each coffee maker has a slot or hole where the cleaning agent must be filled (by hand) and at what time. Each machine has its own system. Please always follow the manufacturer's instructions in this manual.

Why don't the tablets dissolve properly?

Please note that the tablet will only dissolve completely and quickly at a water temperature of 80°C - 90°C.

No, these are cleaning tablets that clean the coffee fats and oils and coffee residue in your coffee machine. These permanently impair the taste of the coffee. Cleaning should be done regularly. Depending on use and operation, once every 1-2 weeks or after the machine's display is lit.

Are Siemens cleaning tablets suitable for Siemens coffee machines?

Many of our customers already use WoldoClean cleaning tablets for their Siemens coffee machines and are very happy with the low-cost alternative. The application is as easy as with Siemens cleaning tablets.

Can a 3.5 g tablet be safely dropped into the powder chute of my machine or into the water tank?

Unless the manufacturer specifically calls for cleaning with cleaning powder, you can use a tablet.

Application for fully automatic coffee machines and coffee machines with automatic cleaning program

To prepare for cleaning, drop the tablet into the machine's powder hopper. Only then will the brewing unit be properly cleaned.

Empty the drip tray and fill the water reservoir. Then empty the drip tray and clean the water tank once. Then fill the tank with clean water.
Clean and wash the drip tray. Rinse the drip tray under clean water and put it back into the fully automatic machine. Ensure that all components are back in the appliance.
Stop the cleaning program. Initiate the cleaning process using the menu or the button depending on the manufacturer and model.
