Place confetti in the colour of the expected sex of the baby, in the black balloon.
Fill the black balloon with helium or air.
Choose the colour of the mini balloons according to the expected gender of the baby.
For easier handling, place the mini balloon on the stick.
Slide the stick with the balloon into the mouth of the black balloon, then carefully pull the stick out so that the mini balloon remains inserted into the mouth of the black balloon.
Inflate the mini balloon with helium or air and knot it.
