Thanks to these delicate cubes on the mat you can create house roofs and other effects on covering and modelling pastes. You can then colour them with liquid and gel paste colours. To add shade or lustre effects, use dust colours. Roll out the covering or modelling paste on a mat dusted with icing sugar and then press the impression mat onto the paste surface. You can use a rolling pin to do that. You can create only some decorative parts for a cake, such as ribbons, bows and various ornaments. You can also pour melted chocolate on the mat and when set you can use it to decorate cakes and mini desserts. Spread the melted chocolate evenly on the mat and leave to set, peel off carefully. For easier release of the chocolate sheet, spray the mat beforehand with oil spray. Afterwards you can cut the chocolate sheet or cut out small shapes, with which you can decorate mini desserts, cakes, Swiss rolls and other dessert pastry. To gain luxurious look, use colour sprays.
