Collection points

Orders from the Dometa e-shop can be delivered directly to your home by courier. We also have agreements with more than 9,800 partner stores and collection points across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and other EU countries, where you can (if you order in the morning) usually pick up your order as early as the next working day. In smaller towns, the parcel is usually available for collection within two or three days.

You don't need to worry about not being notified about your parcel's delivery. We send an SMS and email when dispatching, and our delivery partner – Zásilkovna, PPL or GLS – will take care of notifying you upon arrival at the pickup point.
