Please note that regardless of whether you make purchases through the web interface, register on it, or merely visit it, you must follow the rules set out below, which define and specify the conditions of use of all functional components of the web interface.

  1. Registration on the Web Interface

    You may register on the web interface via the registration form available on the web interface. The registration form requires you to fill in the required information, in particular your first name, surname, and contact email address. Registration creates a user account.

    A username and password are required to access the user account. Keep your login credentials confidential. Our company is not liable for any misuse of a user account by a third party.

    Information provided during registration must be true and complete. We may cancel without compensation any account that was created using false or incomplete information.

    If your details change, we recommend updating them in your user account without delay.

    Through your user account you can in particular order goods, track orders, and manage your user account. Any additional functions of the user account are always listed on the web interface.

    Please note that we have the right to cancel your user account without compensation if your account is used in breach of public morals, applicable legal regulations, or these terms of use.

  2. Personal Data Protection

    When completing an order or registering on the web interface, you provide us with certain personal data. Additionally, when using the web interface, other data are collected, stored, and processed to which we have access. By entering personal data and using the web interface, you consent to the processing and collection of your personal data to the extent and for the purposes described below, until you express your disagreement with such processing.

    The protection of personal data is very important to us. In handling personal data we therefore proceed in accordance with the legal order of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data (hereinafter the “PDPA”), as amended.

    • What are personal data and other data?

      Personal data is data that you voluntarily provide to us when completing an order or registering. Personal data means any information that identifies or may identify a specific person. Personal data includes in particular, though not exclusively, first name and surname, photographs, date of birth, email address, home address, or telephone number.

      Other data that we collect automatically in connection with the use of the web interface include IP address, browser type, device and operating system, duration and number of visits to the web interface, information obtained via cookies, and other similar information. Please note that we may collect this other data without registration and regardless of whether you make purchases on the web interface or not.

    • How do we use personal data and other data?

      We use personal data and other data primarily to allow you access to your account and to make the use of the web interface as easy as possible.

      We also use data for communication regarding the management of your account and for user support. Data may be used to improve our services, including through the use of behavioural analysis of web interface users.

      Data may be used for commercial and marketing purposes, i.e. for maintaining a database of web interface users and for offering goods and services, for an indefinite period. By submitting an order or registering, you consent to this processing. Commercial communications will be sent no more than four times per month and the size of individual email messages will not exceed 300 KB.

      You may withdraw your consent to the sending of commercial communications and electronic mail for direct marketing purposes at any time by email to our contact email address, in writing to our contact address, or by clicking the relevant link in the email.

    • How do we manage and process your personal data?

      Our company is the controller of personal data within the meaning of the PDPA and is registered with the Office for Personal Data Protection under registration number 00038284.

      We may entrust the processing of your personal data and other data to a third party as a data processor.

      Both personal data and other data collected are fully secured against misuse.

      Personal data will be processed for an indefinite period. Personal data will be processed electronically in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.

    • To whom do we disclose your personal data?

      We do not pass your personal data to any other party. The exception is external carriers and persons involved in the delivery of goods or the provision of services. Such persons receive your personal data only to the minimum extent necessary for the delivery of goods or the provision of the service.

    • What are your rights in connection with personal data?

      You have the right of access to your personal data and the right to information about their processing (information about the purpose of processing, information about the sources of such data, and information about the recipient). This information will be provided to you without undue delay upon request. You also have the right to rectification of personal data and other statutory rights relating to such data.

      Upon your written request, we will remove your personal data from the database.

      If you believe that our company or a personal data processor is processing your personal data in a manner contrary to law, you may:

      • ask us or the processor for an explanation;
      • request that we or the processor remedy the situation. This may in particular involve blocking, rectification, completion, or destruction of personal data.

      We will endeavour to accommodate you to the fullest extent possible in the protection of your personal data. If, however, you are not satisfied with the handling of your matter, you have the right to contact the relevant authorities, in particular the Office for Personal Data Protection. This provision does not affect your right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection directly with your complaint.

      We may charge a reasonable fee, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information, for the provision of information about the processing of personal data.

      Supervision of personal data protection is carried out by the Office for Personal Data Protection (http://www.uoou.cz).

      Our company and any personal data processors have their registered office in the Czech Republic.

  3. Google Services and Cookies

    The web interface uses so-called “cookies” for its operation. The web interface also uses the Google Analytics service and possibly other services provided by Google, Inc. (hereinafter “Google”). Cookies are also used in connection with the use of these services.

    • What are cookies and how do you express consent to their use?

      Cookies are text files stored on the computer or other electronic device of each visitor to the web interface, which allow analysis of the manner in which the web interface is used.

      By ticking the consent box on the web interface, you give your consent to the use of cookies, and also to the processing of data about you by Google and our company, in the manner and for the purposes described in more detail on the web interface.

    • Can you prevent cookies from being stored on your computer?

      You can refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate setting in your internet browser.

      Please note that if you refuse the use of cookies, you may not be able to make full use of all functions of the web interface.

    • How does Google use the data it obtains?

  4. Copyright Protection

    The content of the web pages located on the web interface (texts, photographs, images, logos, and others), including the software of the web interface and these terms, is protected by our copyright and may be protected by the rights of other persons. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, or use the content for any purpose without the consent of our company or the copyright holder. In particular, the free or paid disclosure of photographs and texts placed on the web interface is prohibited.

    Product, goods, service, company, and business names may be registered trademarks of the respective owners.

    • How will we proceed in the event of copyright infringement?

      If the above prohibition is not respected, we will proceed in accordance with Act No. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act, as amended.

      As a copyright holder, our company has in particular the right to demand that infringements of our copyright cease, and to demand the withdrawal of unauthorised copies of protected content.

      We also have the right to demand appropriate compensation for damage caused.

  5. Other Matters Related to the Use of the Web Interface
    • Please note that clicking on certain links on the web interface may cause you to leave the web interface and be redirected to the websites of third parties.
    • Our company is not liable for errors arising as a result of third-party interference with the web interface or as a result of its use contrary to its intended purpose. When using the web interface, you must not use mechanisms, software, scripts, or other procedures that could have a negative impact on its operation, i.e. in particular disrupt the system’s function or impose an unreasonable burden on the system, and you must not carry out any activity that could enable you or third parties to unlawfully interfere with or unlawfully use the software or other components constituting the web interface, or use the web interface or its parts or software in a manner contrary to its intended purpose.
    • We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the web interface, nor its fault-free operation and security. We are not liable for damage caused in connection with access to and use of the web interface, including any damage arising from downloading data published on the web interface, damage caused by interruption of operation, malfunction of the web interface, computer viruses, damage due to loss of data, profit, or unauthorised access to transmissions and data.
    • If you engage in any unlawful or unethical conduct while using the web interface, we are entitled to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the web interface without any compensation. In such a case, you are further obliged to compensate our company in full for any damage demonstrably caused by your conduct under this paragraph.

These terms of use are valid and effective from 1 February 2021.
