Minilis for homemade juices or olive oil came to us from sunny Italy, where it belongs to the equipment of every good Italian housewife. Ideal for pressing fruits or vegetables such as tomatoes, olives, aubergines, grapes and other softer vegetables and fruits. Not suitable for hard fruits and berries such as nuts or apples.
These presses use a stationary threaded shaft with a double horn head for pressing. The pressing basket and bucket is made of stainless steel with an attached drain pipe.
Turn the triple handle counterclockwise to lift the press plate and turn the handle clockwise to compress it.
Discount for minor surface defects, scratches etc, does not affect functionality. Surface and aesthetic defects are not covered by warranty claims.
