The pizza set allows you to prepare great crispy pizza, but also other delicacies - pizza bread, roasted meat, fish, vegetables, savoury and sweet pastries... The baking stone, made of natural material, absorbs and releases moisture thanks to its porosity and this process will make the dough perfectly crispy. If you follow the rules of maintenance and handling (avoiding temperature shocks, being careful when cleaning the surface,...) it will serve you for a very long time and you will certainly be satisfied with its possibilities of use.
The set includes a baking stone with a diameter of 33 cm, a wire rack and a pizza cutter - metal, wood. Not dishwasher safe.
