To avoid deformation when removing from the mould, leave to cool for a while in the freezer. The shape is easier to peel out without deforming the shape and the circumference. If you want to make chocolate decorations, the process is easier. Fill the mould with lukewarm, slightly melted chocolate, tap it to fill the folds and remove any air bubbles.
