Large format backing is suitable for decorating large rolled out sheets to be used for coating festive cakes. Thanks to the silicone, the pad peels off easily from the coating masses. To obtain the effect, place the pad on the cake and gently run a roller over it. Transfer the slice to the cake and smooth with the irons. The mat can also be used to make small decorative parts for purely coated cakes, for example ribbons and bows.
