To prevent deformation when removing from the mould, leave to cool in the freezer for a while. Peel out the shape without deforming the shape and the circumference. If you want to make chocolate decorations, the procedure is easy. Fill the mould with lukewarm, gently melted chocolate, tap with it to fill the mould and remove any air bubbles.
