Important handling guidelines: The dish is highly sensitive to thermal shock, so avoid sudden temperature changes. During baking, do not add cold water to the dish. If you wish to add water, ensure it is at least lukewarm or preferably warm to prevent thermal shock!

Note: Over time, small cracks may appear on the ceramic surface. This is normal and not a defect, thus not subject to warranty claims. When the dish becomes wet during use and washing, it may change color and darken; this is perfectly fine. The original color will return once the dish dries completely. This phenomenon is entirely natural for ceramic made from natural materials.
