Use the silicone roller to roll out and shape the dough. It adheres perfectly to the table, the dough does not stick to the roller. The roller is foldable and can be rolled up. Never cut the dough with a metal knife, only with a rolling pin or a mould with blunt edges. We recommend silicone knives. Material: silicone - resistant to temperatures of -40 °C to +220 °C.
