The silicone mat reinforced with woven fiberglass is the perfect base for rolling fondant, marzipan, pizza dough, gingerbread for cookies, candies, and much more.
The mats are easy to store as they can be rolled without damaging the surface. If you store the mats rolled up, we recommend flattening and weighting them before use.
It withstands temperatures from -60 °C to +230 °C, making it suitable for use in the oven, microwave, and freezer.
The mats measure approximately 59.5 x 39.5 cm, with a height of about 1 mm. They are non-slip on most countertops and are easy to clean with hot water and dish soap.
If you plan to use cookie cutters, we recommend using plastic cutters and plastic knives. Steel blades may damage the silicone.
